Salary and Benefits

It is important that financial support provided for Star Faculty is at a level that enables them to have a productive and rewarding experience at the University. KFUPM’s minimum salary and stipend rates are consistent with those set by top institutions in the world.

The remunerations and benefits of a Star Faculty are as per their employment contract. In particular, they are eligible for:

  • Monthly salary with two month paid annual vacation
  • Housing or housing allowance
  • Health services and Campus Medical Facility
  • Office Space and Computing Facilities (Personal Computer, access to HPC, etc.)
  • Access to sports facilities, free parking, etc.
